The cornerstone of Romeo RIM, Inc.'s PDP is the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. Working closely with your Program Managers, we assist in developing product goals utilizing the Voice of the Customer, Quality Function Deployment, and Advanced Quality Planning processes.
We involve a team of people that represent various functions having a stake in product development: Customer Service, Design Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing/ Manufacturing Engineering, Product Support, Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, etc.
