Manufacturing Supervisor (DeWitt, IA)
Romeo RIM, Inc., a Reaction Injection Molding Company, is seeking a Production Supervisor (B-shift, 8:00pm-6:00am, 4-days/week) for its DeWitt, IA plant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-7 years supervisory experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment. This position requires a solid foundation in process trouble shooting, continual improvement and experience in an ISO 9000 manufacturing environment. Exceptional leadership qualities, verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative management style are a must for this position. Must have plastic or related injection molding experience, Reaction Injection Molding experience a plus. Technical degree preferred.
