Chris Morin
CEO
Christopher Morin joined The Reserve Group (TRG) in 2006 as Vice President and subsequently was appointed CEO of Romeo RIM, Inc. In 2007, he was also appointed CEO of Spartanburg Automotive, Inc., another TRG Company. Prior to joining TRG, Mr. Morin was CEO/President of Noble International, Inc, a publicly traded automotive supplier. He was instrumental in guiding Noble through a significant period of growth since initially joining the company in 1997. Other employment includes Chief Operating Officer of Talon Automotive and Vice President of Operations of Irvin Automotive, division of Takata North America.
Tim Emmitt
President
Tim Emmitt joined Romeo RIM, Inc. on March 1, 2010 as the company President. Mr. Emmitt previously worked for Grant Thornton’s advisory services practice as Director of Restructuring, Performance Improvement and Strategy. He has more than 20 years of significant senior management experience with manufacturing companies. He has managed companies and departments in eight different countries on three different continents with staffs up to 600. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Michigan State University.
Michael Garavaglia
CFO
Michael Garavaglia joined Romeo RIM, Inc. on January 1st 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He has held financial executive rolls for over 15 years, and has over 30 years experience in the manufacturing accounting field. Mr. Garavaglia previously worked for FTE automotive USA in the Finance Director and Treasurer position where he lead systems and process change for improved cost management, internal control, and EBIT improvement. Other employment includes Mollertech LLC, United Plastics Company, and Federal Mogul Corporation where Mr. Garavaglia held a variety of financial management and plant controller positions. Mr. Garavaglia earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Wayne State University.
Dick Balgenorth
Executive V.P. Customer Development
Richard Balgenorth joined Romeo RIM, Inc. on November 1, 2006. He is Executive V.P., Customer Development. Mr. Balgenorth previously worked for Noble International, Ltd. in various management positions. Prior to that he worked for NBD Bank as a Vice President in their Capital Markets & Trust Division and as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned both his B.A. (accounting) and MBA from Michigan State University.
